Being with What Is

July 11-13 2020

A deep exploration of what it means to accept and work with what life is presenting.

What does it mean to listen?

What happens if we don’t like what we hear?

How do we find peace with What Is?

We will explore these questions through:

– Facilitated experiences with horses

– Group process work

– The medicine of poetry, drumming and nature

We can grow by simply listening, the way the tree on that ridge listens its branches to the sky”

Mark Nepo
