Coming in 2018!

A Personal Development group for women

A year long journey consisting of 4 weekends incorporating equine facilitated learning, group work, ceremony, engagement with the sacred landscape, body-mind awareness and creative activities.  Over the year, we will create sacred space to explore:

What does it mean to self care?

How can we love ourselves and stay in connection with others and the land?

How can our connection with the land and animals support us in this journey?

The retreat will be held at Cuckoo Farm and co-facilated by Janet Jenkins.  Janet orginially trained as a teacher and counsellor with a particular interest in Jungian psychology and as an environmental educator/outdoor leader and most recently as an equine assisted therapist. Her previous work has included leading workshop/retreats to Dartmoor, The Brecon Beacons, The Brickleive mountains of Sligo, Ireland, Isles of Lewis and Harris, Transylvania and the Arctic, as well as drum making for individuals and groups.
