Are you looking for connection?
We all seek connection – to ourselves, to others and to purpose and meaning.
Using the powerful and effective method of Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL), we work in partnership with our equine facilitators to help you reconnect with your self, which leads to better connection with others and an appreciation of your unique gifts and purpose.
There are times when we all feel lost or disconnected. This may be due to the pressures of our current lives or the difficulties in our past. We can feel like we have lost our connection to who we really are, our joy and our life path. We get caught up in roles and expectations and ‘shoulds’ and forget who our authentic self is, or how to find it.
At Equine Soul Connection we are committed to creating a sacred space for you to rediscover yourself and your sense of connection, wherever you find it. The horses know that no one is broken and therefore no one needs “fixing”, but they have a talent for showing us where our current behaviours may be getting in the way of achieving our goals or ideal relationships.
Our Director, Shelley Carr, is an Eponaquest Approved Instructors (and Power of the Herd Instructor) as well as Programme Director, Teacher, Mentor and Assessor for the IFEAL Facilitator Training Course.
Shelley combines The Eponaquest Approach™ with her background in body work, personal growth and therapy to provide an in depth understanding of the psychology and physiology of emotion and behaviour.
Using safe groundwork exercises that do not require any previous horse experience, Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) is suitable for anyone who would like to learn more about themselves.
EFL can assist with:
- Building confidence and self-esteem
- Improving leadership abilities
- Understanding emotions and the messages they contain
- Enhancing relationship skills with self, others and life
- Increasing body awareness and natural intuitive abilities
- Rediscovering your life’s direction and purpose
- Dealing with depression, addiction and recovering from trauma – helping you move from surviving to thriving.
If you have your own horse EFL can help you achieve a more harmonious partnership and a deeper level of communication, thereby improving your horsemanship and riding.
We are based in Wiltshire, in the land of the White Horses, close to both Stonehenge and Avebury.
